Minimum Requirements
11+ years of relevant work experience.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering in Information Technology.
Hands-on experience with AWS Cloud services, Snowflake, dbt cloud, SQL, ETL, and data warehousing technologies.
AWS Data Engineer certification mandatory.

Experienced in leading and mentoring teams in distributed agile environments with a focus on continuous delivery and high performance.
Strong strategic thinker with ability to build scalable data engineering solutions that handle large data volumes and complex transformation rules.
Prior exposure to banking domain or financial services and a track record in enabling data-driven product delivery.
