Senior Consultant Automation Developer

Collaborate with technology, product management, and operations teams to design, develop, and implement automation solutions that improve client deliverables and internal processes.

Provide ongoing project support including estimating work effort, conducting feasibility studies, troubleshooting, and managing project phases while adhering to Agile & Scrum methodologies.

Maintain application security standards, perform code reviews, and work closely with QA and product owners to ensure quality and compliance in developed solutions.

10-12+ years of relevant experience in financial services and IT with expertise in MS Power Tools, SQL, Python, and Selenium Web tools.

Strong understanding and practical experience in APIs, relational databases with good SQL query skills, unit testing, test automation frameworks, and continuous integration tools like Azure ADO, GitHub, and Confluence.

Experience working in Agile & Scrum frameworks, including story writing, sprint planning, and executing test plans with Azure Boards.

Work Experience Required: 10-12+ years relevant experience; Eligibility criteria for internal candidates: 24 months as Consultant required to move to Senior Consultant.

Experienced senior developer with strong consulting skills capable of guiding business and technical teams to suitable automation solutions and process improvements.

Proficient in agile delivery with ability to handle complex technical scenarios and cross-team collaboration on system design and implementation.

Strategic thinker comfortable working in an evolving technology environment, skilled in various automation and integration tools, and adept at balancing development with project management responsibilities.
