Minimum Requirements
15 - 20 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts.
Master of Business Administration (MBA) or Master of Commerce (MCom) degree required.
Working knowledge of ERP systems mandatory.
Experience with SEZ compliance, GST, TDS, tax audits, and financial reporting required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing multi-location compliance and financial operations, including interactions with government and regulatory bodies.
Proven track record in leading cross-functional teams and coordinating with external audit and consultancy firms (e.g., KPMG).
Skilled in process optimization through automation/digitalization in ERP and dashboard reporting.
