Global Real Estate Finance Space Management Data Analytics Vice President

Own end-to-end analytics agenda for Global Real Estate Finance including monthly reporting, controls, and executive reporting.

Lead Space Management modernization via improved data sourcing, standardization of data models, KPI logic, and automation to reduce manual effort.

Collaborate across multiple teams to deliver trusted data products, self-service insights, and enable AI-enabled reporting to improve decision-making and operational efficiency.

Minimum of 9 years of relevant experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or related roles.

Proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (Python or R); experience with Databricks and AI tools.

Experience building dashboards/visualizations using Tableau or Power BI; ability to implement data models and predictive/prescriptive analytics methods.

Strong communication skills for executive reporting and ability to work in fast-paced, controlled, shifting-priority environments.

Experienced analytics professional capable of owning complex, cross-functional reporting and modernization projects in real estate finance domain.

Strong technical skills with emphasis on SQL, Python/R, Databricks, AI tools, and dashboard development, signifying hands-on data transformation and automation expertise.

Able to translate complex data into actionable executive insights and lead multi-team prioritization and delivery efforts under shifting priorities.
