Minimum Requirements
5-8 years of relevant experience in consulting or industry roles, preferably with leading management consulting firms.
Bachelor’s, Postgraduate Diploma, or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Human Resources, Psychology, Sociology, IT, Mathematics, or related fields.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and structured research and analysis skills.
Solid understanding of HR transformation, HR lifecycle processes, and emerging HR trends.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing consulting project workstreams with strict quality and deadline adherence.
Capable of translating complex HR transformation concepts for diverse client stakeholders.
Skilled in structured design thinking and developing functional requirements within HR transformation contexts.
