Manage requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation for a banking default management system specializing in mortgage loans.
Communicate and validate business and functional requirements with stakeholders, ensuring solutions align with expected standards and regulatory compliance needs.
Document and maintain business requirements (BRD/FRD/Use Case/System Specification) and prioritize user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria.
Minimum Requirements
2 to 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the financial domain, preferably Banking, Cards, or Mortgage.
Knowledge of Banking domain new business process implementations and accounting/reporting operations.
Strong proficiency in requirements documentation and communication (BRD/FRD/Use Case/System Specification).
Proficiency in English at B2 Upper Intermediate level.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced working with financial domain banking products, especially mortgage loan management and related regulatory compliances.
Able to independently manage business analysis processes while collaborating across global teams.
Familiar with SDLC, testing tools, and defect management within banking software projects.
