Own end-to-end recruitment process across technical and non-technical roles including sourcing, screening, evaluating, and onboarding candidates.
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs, while identifying and resolving bottlenecks in the hiring process.
Leverage ATS, HRMS, AI, automation, and collaborate with tech teams to improve recruitment workflows and hiring efficiency, plus support People & HR initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
1-3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, HR or similar role with end-to-end hiring experience for technical and non-technical roles.
Experience handling onboarding and joining formalities.
Comfortable using HRMS, Excel/Google Sheets; ATS experience is a plus.
Working model: Hybrid in Ghatkopar West, Mumbai with Monday to Saturday schedule, 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM IST.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Proactive and independent professional capable of owning hiring processes and solving recruitment challenges end-to-end.
Experience or comfort working in fast-moving, startup-like environments with a focus on process improvement and technology (AI, automation).
Familiarity with high-volume hiring or recruitment consultancy, startup or BPO environments is advantageous.
