Manage day-to-day activities and assigned tasks to support successful completion of team projects and initiatives.
Analyze source data in depth for data mapping and business rules setup, and provide operational support to fix failures in data processing.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Managers, Solution Architects, Data Modelers, and others; train or mentor new or junior team members; work in shifts including night or rotational shifts.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree required.
0-1 year of experience in IT Product Support.
Proficient in SQL, UNIX environments, and familiar with ETL data processing pipelines.
Must be willing to work night or rotational shifts; basic knowledge of Oracle and MySQL relational databases required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Comfortable working independently with limited supervision and exercising judgment to solve problems.
Able to work effectively in a hybrid work environment with at least two days in-person weekly.
Experience or familiarity with scripting (shell scripting), plus knowledge of Python and Java will be advantageous.
