Associate Software Engineer

Design, build, and maintain centralized end-to-end (E2E) test suites and high-concurrency CI/CD workflows for automated testing of native mobile, web, and UI applications.

Develop and operate AI-augmented tools including LLM-powered solutions for automatic diagnosis of test failures, flaky test mitigation, and telemetry dashboards to improve developer experience and test reliability.

Act as a technical consultant to product teams by creating scalable test strategies, defining organizational automation standards, and driving adoption of quality-first engineering practices.

2+ years of experience in an engineering role.

Proficiency in one or more programming languages: Java, Python, or Kotlin; experience with front-end frameworks like Angular or React is expected.

Experience designing, maintaining, and integrating automated testing within CI/CD pipelines.

Work Location: Hybrid model with two days onsite per week; specific days ideally Tuesday to Thursday.

Engineer with a platform-first mindset focused on building automation systems and scalable shared frameworks rather than manual testing.

Experience working with high-scale automation for end-to-end testing, including AI/ML augmentation for test diagnostics and noise reduction.

Ability to lead technical evangelism and strategic consulting to embed quality and automation standards organization-wide.
