Lead end-to-end Finance Shared Services delivery across Record-to-Report, Order-to-Cash, and Source-to-Pay functions for multiple global regions from Hyderabad center.
Establish and govern SLA, KPI, and performance frameworks to ensure operational excellence, compliance (including SOX), and audit readiness.
Own budget, headcount strategy, and workforce planning while driving finance transformation, automation, and continuous process improvement initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
15+ years of progressive experience in Finance, Global Business Services (GBS), or Global Capability Center (GCC) leadership roles.
Experience managing Finance processes including RTR, OTC, and STP with strong governance and compliance adherence (SOX, audit readiness).
Proficiency with ERP systems such as SAP ECC and SAP Central Finance, and digital finance tools for automation and analytics.
Location: Hyderabad, India (Hybrid role).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Demonstrated strategic leadership in scaling global GBS or GCC Finance organizations across multiple geographies (Americas, Europe, APAC).
Strong track record in driving finance transformation through technology, data analytics, process innovation, and operational excellence methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Agile).
Experienced in stakeholder management and governance within complex, matrixed multinational environments, with a focus on sustainable cost optimization and business value delivery.
