VP Procurement Operations Lead

Own the procurement operations function including commercial data management, purchase-to-pay governance, third-party risk management, and procurement MI reporting.

Lead continuous improvement in procurement processes, technology platform management (eSourcing and ERP), and operational KPIs to enhance efficiency and compliance.

Manage and develop the Procurement Operations team, prioritizing workload, capacity, and capability development across data, tooling, P2P, and risk functions.

Minimum 17 years experience in procurement operations, shared services, or operational leadership roles.

Demonstrated ownership of purchase-to-pay processes in complex, matrixed organizations.

Graduation degree mandatory; diploma or MBA in supply management, finance, business, or related field preferred.

Experience with commercial data management and third-party risk/compliance processes; proficiency with ERP (Oracle Fusion) and eSourcing platforms is desirable.

Experienced leader capable of structuring and building procurement operations from early stages within a global, matrixed environment.

Strong analytical orientation with ability to define, own, and improve management information frameworks and data quality.

Comfortable engaging senior stakeholders with operational performance and driving technology-enabled process improvements including AI and automation tools.
