Provide technical leadership and contribute to software design, development, and performance optimization with a focus on SMART/400 and DIARY/400 technologies.

Minimum Requirements
13 to 18 years of relevant software engineering experience.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent education and experience.
Strong knowledge of SMART/400, DIARY/400, Life/400 or Group/400, REST API, and MSP is required.
Proficiency in one or more software languages, software designing, database design, and performance optimization tools.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in SMART/400 ecosystem with deep technical expertise in related platforms (Life/400, Group/400) and REST API integration.
Able to provide technical leadership and collaborate effectively in software development projects involving design, coding, debugging, and optimization phases.
Comfortable working under senior guidance while progressively adopting best practices and emerging software technologies.
