Financial Analyst

Lead complex financial analysis and provide expert guidance for financial functions and business units.

Consult with business leaders to influence strategic decisions and forecast broad financial results.

Drive process improvements, policy development, and represent business in cross-regional and cross-functional initiatives.

First level university degree in business or economics; advanced degree or accounting certification (CPA, CMA, CA) preferred.

Minimum 6+ years experience as a financial analyst, with exposure to multiple finance functions.

Strong accounting principles knowledge and advanced financial analysis skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and excellent communication skills.

Experienced in leading or guiding teams across multiple finance sub-functions or projects.

Demonstrates strong business acumen with proven ability to consult and influence at leadership levels.

Capable of independently driving complex problem solving and strategic financial planning initiatives.
