Lead and oversee end-to-end quality engineering and UAT activities including scrum planning, defect management, test execution, and release validation for large-scale enterprise applications.
Develop and implement quality standards, test strategies, automation practices including AI-assisted testing, and establish quality gates to ensure readiness and risk mitigation.
Manage and mentor a team of UAT analysts and quality engineers, drive continuous improvement via KPIs monitoring, root cause analysis, and process optimization.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 7 years experience in Quality Engineering, QA, or UAT; at least 3 years in people leadership roles.
Experience managing testing for large-scale enterprise applications and using defect/test management tools.
Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile methodologies, release management, and stakeholder communication.
