Support Benchling-enabled ELN/LIMS capabilities and related workflows such as protein sequence data, biomolecule registration, and downstream reporting integrations.
Coordinate UAT planning and execution, backlog refinement, and sprint planning while ensuring solutions meet operational excellence and data governance standards.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Bioinformatics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Computational Biology, or related field.
5 to 8 years of experience in relevant domain including life sciences or bioinformatics environments.
Hands-on or strong functional experience with Benchling or comparable ELN/LIMS platforms supporting scientific workflows related to large molecule discovery or biologics research.
Work Experience Required: 5+ years in implementing or supporting scientific software platforms in laboratory or research informatics settings.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in working within Agile SAFe product teams, capable of liaison between scientists, product owners, engineers, and global stakeholders.
Demonstrates strong expertise in large molecule discovery informatics, protein engineering workflows, and scientific data lifecycle management.
Skilled in requirements management, release delivery, UAT, production support, and change management with emphasis on data quality and AI/ML integration opportunities.
