Support execution of U.S. Channel operations focusing on Contracts & Pricing Execution including contract update processing, CDP maintenance, GCPS processing, scorecard generation, payment validation, DOH analysis, reconciliation, reporting, and operational improvements.
Maintain accurate tracking and documentation for contract updates, payments, scorecards, and related compliance activities, escalating risks or anomalies as needed to management.
Collaborate with multiple internal stakeholders across Channel, Finance, Pricing, Analytics, and Information Systems to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant Channel operations under SOP and SOX controls.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's or master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Business Administration, Economics, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Engineering, Analytics, or related discipline.
2-5 years of experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, finance operations, Channel operations, managed markets, revenue management, analytics, contracting operations, or related business operations.
Strong Excel, reporting, documentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills; ability to manage multiple priorities and follow SOPs in a controlled environment.
Work Experience Required: 2-5 years in relevant fields as above.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Detail-oriented professional with demonstrated ability to manage complex data reconciliation, payment validation, and contract administration in a controlled operational setting.
Experience working with Channel Payments, distributor agreements, fee and rebate administration, contract amendments, DOH calculations, or pharmaceutical commercial operations.
Familiarity with pharma business systems such as Model N GCPS, SAP, Conga, IntegriChain, and analytical/reporting tools (Tableau, Power BI, Qlik), with experience supporting audit readiness, controls, and process improvement initiatives.
