4+ years experience in software engineering or application development.
Hands-on experience with full stack development including backend (Python) and modern JavaScript frameworks (React.js, Next.js, TypeScript).
Experience with API development/consumption, system integrations, databases, and SDLC practices.

Experienced working in cross-functional and forward-deployed engineering teams under guidance from senior engineers.
Comfortable applying AI-enabled workflows and automation in enterprise application delivery.
Exposure to enterprise standards including security, access, change management, and testing controls in complex IT environments.
