Drive technical architecture decisions focusing on scalable, secure, performant solutions with long-term maintainability.

Mentor engineering team members and collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to deliver client-relevant functionality and resolve technical issues.

7+ years of hands-on experience with C# and .NET technologies.

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.

Strong expertise in backend development, object-oriented design, APIs, integration patterns, and automated testing.

Ability to work in a hybrid work model in Hyderabad location.

Experienced software engineer comfortable with complex business logic and enterprise software environments in fintech or regulated industries.

Proven technical leadership skills including mentoring, driving design decisions, and improving engineering practices.

Willingness and curiosity to learn new technologies such as APL and cloud platforms like Azure to support platform modernization.
