Lead RPA Engineer

Design, develop, test, deploy, and support end-to-end automation solutions using UiPath and related technologies to improve efficiency and business outcomes.

Identify and deliver automation opportunities, including building scalable integrations using .NET/C#, SQL, APIs, and AI-enabled automation technologies.

Own automation delivery lifecycle including monitoring, support, troubleshooting, documentation, and continuous improvement in an Agile environment.

5+ years of experience delivering RPA and enterprise automation solutions, strong hands-on expertise in UiPath.

Proficiency in UiPath Studio and Orchestrator with skills in deployment, monitoring, exception handling, reusable components, queues, and assets.

Strong development skills in .NET/C#, SQL, and API integration technologies.

Hybrid work arrangement requiring combination of in-office and remote work.

Experienced in designing scalable automation solutions across applications and enterprise systems including knowledge of AI-enabled automation (Generative AI and IDP).

Skilled in software engineering best practices such as source control, testing, code reviews, deployment, and production support.

Able to work effectively in Agile delivery environments collaborating with business and technology stakeholders to drive automation initiatives.
