2-4 years of experience with a Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g. Statistics, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics).

Strong proficiency in SQL and Python programming with applied Machine Learning and Data Science skills.

Experience applying GenAI capabilities to business problems.

Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams and geographies in a matrix organization.

Experienced in advanced GenAI techniques and marketing/acquisition analytics or data science within related industries.

Comfortable operating in complex matrix organizations requiring partner management and cross-functional collaboration.

Able to balance multiple concurrent projects with a strategic focus on driving business impact through data-driven insights.
