About This Role

Design, develop, and execute comprehensive performance tests (load, stress, spike, endurance) using Apache JMeter.

Analyze test results, identify application performance bottlenecks, and provide optimization recommendations.

Develop and maintain automation scripts with Playwright (Python) and Selenium (Java); support CI/CD integration for automated performance testing.

Minimum Requirements

6+ years of experience in performance testing and test automation.

Strong hands-on expertise in Apache JMeter, Playwright (Python), and Selenium (Java).

Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) environments.

Proficient with monitoring and observability tools (Datadog, Grafana, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Kibana) and debugging tools (Chrome DevTools, Fiddler, Wireshark).

Ideal Candidate Profile

Experienced in performance test planning and execution across distributed systems and microservices architecture.

Practiced in cross-functional collaboration with development, QA, DevOps, and cloud teams to resolve performance issues.

Skilled in interpreting complex performance metrics (response time, throughput, latency, resource utilization) and conducting root cause analysis for optimization.
