Experience in technical leadership and architecture for large-scale distributed systems or platform products is preferred but not strictly a minimum.
Completion of Microsoft Cloud Background Check required.

Experienced architect and leader in large-scale distributed systems, databases, or analytics platforms with multiple initiatives led end-to-end.
Strong track record aligning technical decisions with business outcomes and influencing senior technical leadership and cross-functional teams.
Background in developing interactive services, compute/data infrastructure with coding proficiency in languages like Java, C++, or Rust, and involvement in open-source communities or project governance.
