Analyze and validate business and techno-functional requirements for Avaloq core banking supporting Private Banking in EMEA and APAC regions.
Lead and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and functional testing, including test plan definition and execution for core banking and interfacing systems.
Provide post go-live functional support, risk identification, and promote test automation for regression testing within Agile Squad environment.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 10 years experience in functional testing and requirement analysis of core banking business flows.
Domain expertise in Wealth Management products and processes, with knowledge across 4-5 domains such as Payments, Portfolio Management, Equity, Fixed Income, Funds, FX, and related areas.
Experience with user story definition, backlog grooming, system level functional specifications, and UAT ownership.
Fluency in English (written and verbal).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced working in distributed, multi-location Agile teams using tools like JIRA and Confluence.
Capable of translating complex business and technical requirements into understandable language for diverse stakeholders.
Skilled in managing multiple priorities and using AI tools responsibly to enhance productivity in functional analysis and testing.
