UX Writer

Own UX writing and content design across product flows including onboarding, navigation, errors, notifications, and more to create clear and engaging user experiences.

Develop and maintain content strategies, voice-and-tone guidelines, and reusable content components for consistent product communication.

Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Design, Engineering, and Research teams to translate complex AI and technical concepts into simple, accessible language and advocate for user-centered content decisions.

4–7 years of experience in UX Writing, Content Design, Product Writing, or closely related field.

Proven ability to write clear, concise digital product content and simplify complex workflows.

Strong command of English including tone, grammar, consistency, and detail.

Portfolio demonstrating UX writing or content design work with measurable impact on product usability or business outcomes.

Experienced in working within cross-functional product teams with Product Managers, Designers, Researchers, and Engineers to shape product UX content.

Skilled at developing and evolving content standards and systems to scale UX writing across products.

Comfortable working independently in fast-paced, ambiguous environments involving AI-powered and agentic software products.
