Minimum Requirements

5+ years of software engineering experience focused on Platform Engineering, Enterprise Software Design, or Developer Enablement.
Proficiency in backend languages such as Java, Python, or Go with experience in Distributed Systems, Microservices, modular design, and high-throughput API development.
Experience in troubleshooting and observability using Telemetry, Logging, and Monitoring tools.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in architecting and scaling distributed systems and microservices at enterprise scale.
Strong background in improving developer tooling and platform automation to maximize engineering velocity.
Comfortable working on-site in Chennai, engaged in technical leadership within a complex engineering organization.
