Solution Specialist, Finance Systems

Lead and manage Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP Finance Systems change requests and project implementations from requirements gathering through deployment and post-go-live stabilization.

Collaborate with Finance partners to analyze current and future-state processes, perform fit-gap analysis, and translate requirements into functional solution designs and implementation plans, especially focused on Record-to-Report (R2R) processes.

Coordinate testing phases (SIT, UAT), defect resolution, and work with technical teams and partners to deliver integrations, data migrations, enhancements, releases, and quarterly Oracle Fusion upgrades.

Minimum 3+ years experience working with Oracle ERP Cloud applications and modules, including understanding of module interactions and third-party integrations.

Experience managing at least two full lifecycle Oracle ERP Cloud projects focused on delivering R2R finance solutions.

Knowledge of Oracle Finance Cloud modules such as General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Intercompany, and Tax; working knowledge of Receivables and Payables preferred.

Experience with change lifecycle processes including configuration, SIT, UAT, release packaging, deployment, and post-go-live support.

Experienced in translating complex finance functional requirements into solution designs within Oracle ERP Cloud, particularly for R2R processes.

Comfortable partnering with multiple stakeholders including Finance teams, IT, Oracle Support, and implementation partners for end-to-end delivery.

Familiar with broader Oracle Finance ecosystem (Procurement Cloud, Order Management Cloud, EPM, MDM) and financial reporting tools like OTBI and BI, indicating ability to thrive in global or automated finance technology environments.
