Lead execution and evolution of HighLevel’s Payments Platform including checkout, subscriptions, payment orchestration, invoicing, and financial reconciliation at scale.
Build and grow a high-performing engineering team responsible for platform reliability, operational excellence, and delivery predictability.
Drive technical strategy, stakeholder alignment, and cross-functional collaboration with Product, Finance, Compliance, Infrastructure, Security, and Support teams.
Minimum Requirements
12+ years experience building scalable backend distributed systems with 5+ years using Go.
5+ years managing software engineering teams delivering large-scale backend platforms supporting business-critical distributed systems with high availability.
Experience with Kubernetes/GKE, GCP services (Pub/Sub, Redis, MongoDB/Firestore, ClickHouse), CI/CD, cloud-native infrastructure, and security/compliance (including PCI).
Proven ability partnering with Product Managers and executives managing technical roadmaps and priorities; excellent communication skills.
