Oversee budgeting, billing accuracy, complaint resolution, compliance with safety regulations, and reporting (daily and monthly management reports).
Minimum Requirements
Degree or Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical/Civil/Marine Engineering or equivalent.
7 to 8 years of work experience in Facility Industry, Real Estate, Hotel, or Construction Industry; residential experience preferred for residential sites.
On-site work location: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
Scheduled weekly hours: 48 hours.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in operational leadership managing people dynamics and vendor relationships on site.
Skilled in budgeting controls, SLA and KPI monitoring, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and risk regulations.
Able to handle emergency maintenance, client interaction, and maintain exemplary reporting and documentation practices.
