Lead and coordinate billable ERP implementation projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring alignment with scope, timelines, and budgets.
Serve as primary liaison between company and client stakeholders, managing relationships and project communication throughout lifecycle.
Identify, track, and resolve project risks, issues, and change requests; report status regularly to PMO Management and clients.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 10 years overall IT experience with at least 5 years in ERP implementation project management.
PMP Certification mandatory.
Technical degree required: B.Tech / M.Tech / MCA (or equivalent).
Willingness to travel and work across overlapping time zones.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced managing complex ERP projects with demonstrated ability to handle large and small scale initiatives.
Strong client relationship management and stakeholder communication skills.
Familiarity with enterprise ERP systems such as Infor LN/Baan, M3, or similar preferred.
