Associate General Manager - Operations & Strategy

Drive operational excellence and implement strategic initiatives to improve business performance across assigned markets.

Support revenue growth by optimizing property onboarding, portfolio performance, and operations.

Build and maintain strong homeowner relationships to improve retention, satisfaction, and portfolio growth, while leading and developing teams.

5-6 years of experience in operations, business strategy, hospitality, travel, vacation rentals, real estate, or related industries.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Hospitality, Operations, or related field.

Ability to travel between Mumbai and Lonavala, ownership of a vehicle, and adaptability to flexible working hours.

Strong analytical skills including proficiency with Excel, AI tools, and PPTs; understanding of P&L; excellent communication skills.

Experienced leader skilled in managing on-ground operations and owner relationships within hospitality or similar sectors.

Data-driven and execution-focused with strong problem-solving and stakeholder management abilities.

Able to collaborate cross-functionally to drive operational efficiency, financial performance, and team development.
