Coordinate cross-functional and international teams, handle project setup, administration, and support Project Managers in onboarding and operational tasks.
Utilize Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools to optimize processes and co-own software configuration alongside stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements
1-3 years of relevant professional experience in project coordination or software implementation.
Proficient with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); understanding of software, hardware, OS, and basic network connectivity.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred; PMP certification or pursuing project management credentials preferred.
Work Experience Required: 1-3 years of relevant experience in SaaS or Healthcare IT or related project coordination roles.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience coordinating software implementations or client onboarding in SaaS or Healthcare IT environments.
Comfortable working with cross-functional and international teams to manage multiple simultaneous projects.
Familiarity with enterprise CRM and project management tools such as Salesforce, Cloud Coach, or Smartsheet is a strong advantage.
