Principal Product Manager

Own end-to-end lifecycle of Fulfillment Servicing products including conception, launch, and post-launch management.

Drive product vision, strategy, prioritization, and roadmap with cross-functional teams ensuring alignment with technology strategy.

Manage product P&L, investments, market positioning, and serve as subject-matter expert guiding scrum teams and supporting sales and customer-facing teams.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field and/or relevant work experience.

Previous experience as a Product Manager or similar role in software development focusing on GUI design and user interfaces.

Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools like JIRA or Salesforce.

Work arrangement: Hybrid - 3 chosen days from office per week or Remote.

Experienced in managing complex product lifecycles with profit & loss accountability in a technology-driven environment.

Skilled at collaborating with engineering, design, sales, and support teams to define strategy and deliver products on agile teams.

Strong analytical and communication skills to drive data-informed decisions and influence multiple stakeholders across product delivery.
