Support and manage business analytics reporting and ensure data integrity for the Price Optimization Implementation Services team.
Gather requirements, analyze, document, and improve reporting processes by collaborating with cross-functional teams including Power BI team, Product Owners, and leadership.
Develop and recommend process and reporting efficiency improvements, communicate discrepancies and trends with leadership, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations (e.g., HIPAA).
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
4+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access, SQL, SmartSheet, Visio, Lucidchart, and data visualization tools such as PowerBI and SSRS.
Ability to work US East Coast hours consistently is mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in handling large datasets with strong expertise in data visualization and statistical analysis in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Ability to collaborate across multiple departments and management styles, adept at translating complex data into executive summaries and actionable insights.
Familiarity with healthcare technology or client services domains and agile development environments including JIRA is preferred.
