Contract Specialist (R&D Procurement)-1

Lead end-to-end sourcing and contracting processes within R&D procurement to ensure timely execution under defined category strategies.

Negotiate commercial terms and manage supplier relationships to optimize value and mitigate risks including regulatory compliance and supply chain continuity.

Collaborate cross-functionally with Legal, Finance, and business stakeholders to align contracts with business needs and support procurement performance goals.

University degree (preferably in Supply Chain, Procurement, or Science).

Minimum 3 years of relevant procurement experience with strong negotiation skills.

Proficiency in Ariba systems or similar procurement tools.

English proficiency (written and oral).

Experience in consumer healthcare industry with understanding of R&D procurement requirements.

Ability to effectively translate business needs into contractual agreements in a complex, international environment.

Strong collaboration and influencing skills demonstrated by working across geographies and cross-functional teams.
