Project Administrator

Execute and manage customer order fulfillment processes including order management, demand management, and procurement of goods/services under minimal supervision.

Maintain project/contract status in business systems throughout lifecycle including creation, supply requests, receipts, invoicing, completion, and closure.

Extract and publish reports, coordinate across multiple teams, contribute to root cause analysis, and support audit processes related to order management activities.

Bachelor's degree in science, commerce, business administration, or equivalent.

Minimum 4+ years of relevant experience in Business Operations and Order Management.

Willingness to work flexible business shifts/global time zones including NA/LA to support stakeholder engagement.

Work Location: Hybrid with presence expected at Rockwell location on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays (Noida or Pune).

Experienced in global work environments with client engagement from remote locations.

Strong process orientation with demonstrated capability in process improvements and continuous improvement initiatives.

Able to manage complex administrative/operational tasks with accountability and work effectively with diverse regional and domestic partners.
