Workplace Experience Manager, Bengaluru

Own and oversee all workplace operations, services, and programs for Bengaluru office, including facilities management, employee transportation, and vendor performance.

Lead and develop a workplace services team, driving operational excellence and continuous improvement across site functions.

Partner with site leadership and cross-functional teams to align workplace strategy with local and company-wide business needs, managing operational incidents and budget oversight.

Minimum 7 years experience in workplace or hospitality management in fast-paced environment with strong customer service focus.

Proven facilities management, vendor relations, and budget management skills.

Experience leading a customer service-focused operations team with coaching ability.

Strong communication skills and ability to turn operational data and feedback into recommendations for decision making.

Strategic operator who independently manages complex workplace environments with demonstrated ability to resolve root causes and improve operations.

Strong relationship builder skilled at influencing cross-functional partners and translating enterprise-wide strategies into local execution.

Experienced in data-driven decision making and comfortable working in fast-changing, high-pressure environments with hands-on approach.
