Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and management of SAP ERP/S/4HANA system upgrades, migrations, and conversions in hybrid cloud environments.
Manage 24/7 production support and administration of SAP Basis landscapes including ECC, S4HANA, BW4HANA, and SAP PO systems ensuring high availability and performance.
Design, implement, and maintain business continuity solutions such as clustering, HA/DR failover for SAP landscapes, including OS and database administration on Linux & AIX.
Minimum Requirements
5-7 years of SAP Basis consultancy experience with at least 3-4 years in SAP Upgrade and Migration projects.
Experience designing and operating SAP Intelligent Suite Systems on hybrid IaaS and PaaS environments.
Proven experience with at least two full upgrade projects, one cycle of OS/DB/hardware migrations, and one S/4HANA or BW4HANA conversion.
Educational qualification: BE, BTech, BCA, BSc (IT), MCA, MBA (IT), or MSc (IT).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing mission-critical 24/7 SAP Basis production landscapes with strong technical skills in SAP system administration.
Strong expertise in SAP upgrades, migrations, and conversions demonstrating end-to-end project delivery capability.
Capable of independently driving technical solutions in hybrid cloud environments, collaborating with functional experts, and handling complex system landscapes and database tuning.
