Insights Program Manager

Own measurement strategies and experimentation frameworks to evaluate and drive program performance and business impact using data and SQL.

Lead end-to-end program management including roadmap definition, stakeholder alignment, risk and dependency management, and translating data into actionable recommendations.

Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Product, and Analytics teams to solve business challenges and influence leadership with clear, evidence-based insights.

Minimum 5 years of experience in program management, consulting, strategy, business operations, analytics, or related fields.

At least 3 years experience using SQL to analyze large datasets and generate insights.

At least 3 years experience in measurement strategy, experimentation, business impact evaluation, or causal analysis.

At least 3 years experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholder groups.

Experienced in designing and leading measurement and experimentation frameworks for business programs.

Skilled at managing complex, cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders and priorities, delivering measurable outcomes.

Capable of communicating complex analytical insights clearly to both technical and non-technical senior stakeholders to influence decision-making.
