Lead execution and scaling of the Product Hub platform across Supply Chain & Smart Manufacturing IT, managing a roadmap supporting over 6,500 global users and 15TB of product data.
Drive enterprise adoption, governance, and measurable business value realization of Product Hub capabilities across Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, and Customer Service functions.
Partner cross-functionally to integrate Product Hub with enterprise systems and manage portfolio investments, governance, and prioritization for long-term sustainability.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, IT, Computer Science or related field.
10+ years experience leading complex products, programs, portfolios, or transformation initiatives, preferably involving enterprise platforms.
Experience in stakeholder management, governance, cross-functional leadership, with ability to influence without direct authority.
Work Environment: Hybrid work policy with some travel and alignment across India, Europe, and US time zones; physical presence as per policy.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), Product Data Management (PDM), Digital Engineering, Digital Thread, or Model-Based Enterprise (MBE) implementations.
Strong background in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Engineering, or Quality domains relevant to product information management.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive enterprise transformation initiatives through collaborative governance and stakeholder alignment.
