5+ years enterprise software development with Bachelor's degree or 3+ years with Master's degree.
Proven track record of independently owning features from design to production.
Proficient full-stack developer with strong skills in front end, back-end services, APIs, and relational data modeling.
Hands-on experience with AI coding tools and AI-assisted workflows; understanding of LLM fundamentals and AI-specific security risks.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in building AI-native software features with operational responsibility across stack and quality.
Familiarity with CRM, ITSM, or Workplace Service Delivery domains and enterprise SaaS delivery.
Capable of working independently and collaborating across distributed teams, with strong communication and decision-making under uncertainty.
