Minimum Requirements
Postgraduate degree (MBA, MSc, M.Pharm) or equivalent professional experience required.
15+ years of progressive leadership in enterprise strategy, transformation and technology, including substantial experience leading AI initiatives in pharma, healthcare, life sciences, or regulated global enterprises.
Proven track record of deploying AI at enterprise scale from concept to production with measurable business impact, including technical leadership and governance expertise.
Deep technical expertise across AI/gen-AI lifecycles (LLMs, agentic systems, evaluation), sufficient to assess feasibility and architecture; not a hands-on engineering role but demands substantial technical depth.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Senior technical leader with proven ability to challenge and redirect executive-sponsored AI projects within large, matrixed global organizations or Global Capability Centers.
Experienced in enterprise AI governance balancing speed, risk, and compliance, with strong executive communication and the ability to influence diverse senior stakeholders.
Background in evaluating and fast-tracking external AI technology partnerships, working effectively with procurement, legal, and security to accelerate co-innovation adoption.
