Experience managing onsite teams, IFM vendors, and service partners with responsibility for SLA and KPI governance.
Strong financial and commercial management skills including budgeting, forecasting, purchase order and invoice management.
Work Experience Required: 5+ years in facilities operations. Bachelor’s degree or professional qualification advantageous but not mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing multi-vendor environments and driving vendor compliance through SLA/KPI management.
Comfortable handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced corporate setting, with a strong employee and customer experience focus.
Skilled at cross-functional collaboration and effective communication in English; proficiency in Kannada/local language is a plus.
