Minimum Requirements
7–10 years of warehouse or contract logistics experience.
Any Graduate; Degree in Supply Chain or Logistics preferred.
Proficiency with WMS, SAP, inventory control, and team handling.
Location: Hoskote, Bangalore (explicit onsite requirement).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing B2B, retail, consumer, or finished goods warehousing operations with strong throughput and productivity focus.
Demonstrated capability in leading teams, maintaining high inventory and order fulfillment accuracy, and handling operational escalations.
Strong process improvement orientation utilizing Lean/Kaizen methodologies and adhering to safety/HSE standards.
