Own and execute the digital workplace strategy and modernization initiatives across endpoints, collaboration, and employee productivity platforms.
Manage end-user computing services including Windows/macOS endpoints, VDI, MDM, Microsoft 365, meeting technologies, and workplace peripherals with lifecycle and asset management.
Ensure service excellence through stable workplace services, vendor governance, security compliance, AI-driven automation, and stakeholder management with global and local partners.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 12 years of IT Infrastructure experience with at least 5 years leading Workplace Services or End User Computing organizations.
Strong expertise in Microsoft 365, Endpoint Management (Intune/SCCM), VDI platforms, collaboration technologies, workplace security, ITSM processes, and ServiceNow.
Experience managing global service providers and large-scale workplace transformations mandatory.
Digital Employee Experience (DEX) platform experience (e.g., Nexthink) preferred but not explicitly required.

Senior leader with proven ability to manage global workplace IT services and drive complex transformation programs.
Expertise in digital workplace technologies combined with operational excellence and vendor/stakeholder management skills.
