Lead design, development, and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations solutions, including customizations, integrations, and automation.
Manage environments, deployments, and DevOps processes to ensure system reliability, performance, security, and compliance globally.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, provide technical expertise, perform code reviews, and resolve complex issues to support global projects.
Minimum Requirements
6–8 years of D365 development experience with mentoring and code review capability.
Advanced skills in X++, Visual Studio, .NET/C#, SQL, JavaScript, and D365 extension frameworks.
Hands-on experience with Azure integrations (Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus), Azure DevOps CI/CD, Git branching.
Working knowledge of LCS, deployments, PPAC, Dual-write, BYOD, environment monitoring, and deep knowledge of DMF, Data Entities, SSRS, and data migration processes.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced senior developer comfortable mentoring teams and maintaining engineering standards within complex global IT environments.
Strong expertise in scalable, maintainable D365 F&O solutions with Azure integration and DevOps pipelines.
Familiarity with large-scale D365 migrations, Power Platform customizations, and AI-driven solutions (Copilot Studio) is a plus but not mandatory.
