Data Management & Analytics Team Lead

Lead and mentor analytics team to optimize performance and achieve business targets.

Analyze complex datasets using advanced statistical and machine learning techniques to inform strategic decisions.

Develop, monitor, and improve predictive models and present actionable insights to senior stakeholders.

8-9 years of people leadership experience in data analytics or related fields.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics or equivalent.

Experience with Python, R, Palantir, SQL, statistical methods, machine learning, and data visualization tools.

Onsite role with full-time presence in company facilities (office-based teams expected to work onsite at least 3 days/week).

Experienced leader capable of managing and developing analytics teams in a complex, cross-functional environment.

Strong analytical and technical expertise in data modeling, machine learning, and statistical programming relevant to business intelligence.

Proven ability to translate complex data into clear strategic recommendations influencing senior stakeholders.
