Minimum Requirements
Professional qualification: CIMA, ACCA, CA, or MBA in Finance.
3 to 6 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, Consulting, Corporate Finance, or Strategic Operations.
Experience in Revenue Cycle Management, healthcare services, BPO/KPO, IT-enabled services, SaaS, or advisory firms required.
Strong Excel and PowerPoint/Google Sheets financial modeling skills mandatory; familiarity with US healthcare revenue cycle metrics is a strong advantage.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience working with US healthcare revenue cycle metrics or demonstrated ability to quickly learn industry-specific terminology and metrics.
Comfortable working remotely with a shift window of 2 PM to 11 PM IST aligned with US calendar.
Proven capability to deliver detailed financial reporting and analysis supporting strategic growth and pricing initiatives.
