Minimum Requirements
7 to 10 years of hands-on experience in Java/J2EE application development.
Strong expertise in Java, J2EE, Spring Framework, SOAP/REST Web Services, JMS/MQ messaging platforms, and relational databases like Oracle or MySQL.
Experience with application servers such as Tomcat or WildFly, batch processing, enterprise application architecture, and production support.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and familiarity with BPM platforms like Camunda.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced senior Java backend developer comfortable working in Agile squads and accountable for end-to-end delivery.
Operates with a strong DevOps mindset and is proactive in troubleshooting, debugging, and ensuring solution quality.
Familiar with enterprise-grade systems, including BPM platforms and continuous integration pipelines, and able to lead technical design and code reviews.
