Analyze, debug, and resolve JIRA tickets related to SOTI MobiControl product before escalation to core developers.
Identify product limitations and issues from customer environments and coordinate fixes or patches with engineering teams.
Develop and maintain internal diagnostic tools for configuration and log analysis across multiple mobile platforms.
Minimum Requirements
Degree in Computer Information/Application Systems, Enterprise Computing, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
Experience: Good to have experience in MDM or software development or related field (Exceptions apply).
Strong knowledge of enterprise MDM solutions and mobile platforms like Android, Android Enterprise, and iOS.
Technical skills including Java/Android/Kotlin, C#, .NET, Android Studio, Visual Studio, Git, JIRA, SQL, Windows, and networking concepts.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in analyzing technical issues and bug triage within mobile device management or related software domains.
Able to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams including engineering, support, and professional services to resolve complex product issues.
Skilled in troubleshooting, diagnostic tool development, and familiar with Agile and project management processes.
