Design, build, and execute test strategies for AI agentic applications, focusing on LLM accuracy, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), agent planning, tool use, and recovery behavior.
Develop automated test suites covering APIs, UI, integration, RAG, and agent trajectories to enable continuous quality evaluation.
Analyze production AI interactions and failures to identify recurring patterns, create regression tests, and ensure auditability of AI decisions.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related discipline.
5+ years of experience in software quality assurance and testing, including test planning and regression testing.
1-2 years of hands-on experience testing Generative AI, LLM, or Agentic AI applications.
Strong programming skills in Java, Kotlin, or Python and experience with test automation frameworks.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience with generative AI technologies including LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, embeddings, vector databases, and AI agent workflows.
Skilled in designing and implementing quantitative AI evaluation metrics and specialized AI testing methods such as prompt injection and security testing.
Ability to leverage AI tools for productivity improvements while ensuring responsible and ethical use of AI data and outputs.
